The Transit Development Plan (TDP) is the formal means by which Brevard County and Space
Coast Area Transit (SCAT) articulate the plan and priorities for transit within the County’s transit
service area.
Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan
The Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP) has been developed as a collaborative process through involvement by members of the Brevard County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), local government officials, Brevard County Local Coordinating Board (LCB), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT), and citizens. This collaborative process ensures that the TDSP is consistent with the goals and objectives in locally adopted comprehensive and transportation plans.
