Federal TPO Certification Review
The Federal Certification Review of the Space Coast TPO has been conducted and the TPO is now awaiting the Final Report from the Federal Highway Administration. The Final Report will be posted to the TPO Website on the Federal Certification Review Page as soon as it is received.
There is still time to comment on the
performance of the TPO by filling out the Federal Certification Survey.
Space Coast Area Transit's 10 Millionth Rider
Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) showed its appreciation to its 10 Millionth Rider on Wednesday April 14 by presenting him with generous gifts. Mr. Nabil Nassib was very grateful and "could not believe he won". SCAT's ridership has increased every year since it began. New Park and Ride Lot Opens in Viera
A new Park and Ride lot is located on Stadium Parkway just south of Viera Boulevard. The lot was built by the Viera Company for Space Coast Area Transit Riders so they have one more convenient location to board the bus. To find out more read this story from Central Florida News 13
Traffic Counts 2009 Seasonal Counts
The 2009 seasonal Traffic counts are now available on the TPO website. They can be viewed via the Interactive Traffic Count System, or you can download a copy of the report from our Traffic Counts Page.
